1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a full refund if the following conditions are met:

• Your research question was not adequately answered based on the statistical services provided.

• You request the refund before the defense of your dissertation.

• Your refund request includes a clear explanation of the issue or how the response failed to meet your research needs.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@triangle-data-labs.com with:

• Your full name

• Date of purchase

• Description of your original research question

• Explanation of why you believe the service was insufficient

• Any relevant supporting documents or communication

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

3. Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed by our internal team. During this process, we may:

• Request clarification or additional information

• Offer to revise or improve the statistical analysis before issuing a refund

• Grant or deny the refund based on the information provided

We reserve the right to approve or decline refunds at our discretion.

4. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal). Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The client has already defended their dissertation in front of their committee

• The client fails to provide sufficient information for the consultation

• The dissatisfaction stems from unrelated factors (e.g., dissertation committee disagreements, personal expectations not aligned with statistical validity)

• Plagiarism or unethical academic conduct is involved
